Driving Change: Understanding & Engaging ERGs

Driving Change: Understanding & Engaging ERGs
ACCP welcomes Benevity and Accenture for an educational webcast. Hear from these two companies, each with different approaches in their Employee Resource Group (ERG) journey, as they share how ERGs can drive grassroots change within an organization.

Benevity, a growing global company, will share how their employees got behind a social issue they felt strongly about — racial justice and equity — sparking an internal movement that engaged the entire company. They’ll also discuss how they received executive support and buy-in, and the next steps they plan to take. Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 company with employees in more than 120 countries, will share the steps they’ve taken to get to the well-established and robust ERG structure they have today. They will also talk about the complexities that come with growth and how they’ve tweaked their strategy in light of the events this year. Both will share some of their wins as well as the roadblocks they faced. No matter where your company is at on its ERG journey, this session will provide ideas and actionable takeaways to incorporate into your program. Speakers: Janelle St. Omer, Regional Vice President, Benevity Sheldon Maye, ERG Program Manager, North America Inclusion & Diversity, Accenture
