Sarah Cable is the Content Manager for ACCP. In this role, she identifies industry trends and topics of interest for CSR professionals and creates content for ACCP members to use as they look to increase their knowledge and conduct their own research. The content Sarah creates is available to members through the ACCP Resource Library.
Sarah has expertise in sustainability and environmental issues in addition to her extensive knowledge of the CSR industry. Prior to joining ACCP, Sarah was the Program Manager and Sustainability Officer at Green Our Planet, a school garden program nonprofit based in Las Vegas, Nevada. There she developed experiential learning opportunities for students using garden classrooms to teach the principles of sustainability. While receiving her Masters, she was a Sustainability Apprentice at Zappos, assisting with internal corporate sustainability efforts, including campus water bottle waste reduction and solar panel monitoring.
Along with a focus on environmental sustainability, Sarah is an avid advocate for LGBTQIA+ equality.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
