Vice President of Content & Learning
Erica Bader is the Vice President for Content and Learning at ACCP. In this role, Erica is responsible for the educational programming available to ACCP members, all designed to help members and CSR professionals gain new insights and grow their professional skills in order to maximize their company’s social impact. This programming includes webinars, in-person regional meetings featuring dynamic industry experts and CSR leaders, and tools and resources available in the ACCP Resource Library among others.
Prior to joining ACCP, Erica served as the Executive Director of the Management and Executive Education Center at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. In this role, Erica was responsible for managing all facets of this self-sustaining business unit which included business development, conducting client leadership needs assessments, creating custom management and leadership development programs, and managing ongoing customer relationships.
Erica also has extensive experience as a Human Resources professional. She has held Human Resources positions at Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando and C3i, Inc., a customer relationship management software company located in New York City. She began her career with Hyatt Hotels in Orlando, Florida and San Antonio, Texas, holding various positions in Human Resources.
Erica holds an A.B. from Rollins College and earned her M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business. She holds the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI and Senior Certified Profession from the Society of Human Resource Management.
