Member Experience Manager
Caitlin McDanels is the Member Experience Manager at ACCP. In this role, she helps member companies and CSR professionals make the most of their ACCP membership.
Caitlin connects members with their peers through the online member community and at networking events, including the Emerging Leaders Program, which she manages. She also serves as the community manager for ACCP’s member community and social media channels and uses her technology background to ensure the ACCP association management system runs as efficiently as possible.
Previously, Caitlin worked with ACCP as a Marketing and Research specialist, studying industry trends and identifying best practices for use in ACCP tools and resources. She also interned with Wells Fargo as a Community Affairs and Community Relations intern.
Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and master’s in English Language Arts from the University of Central Florida.
Caitlin is located outside of Boulder, CO, and is getting involved in the community there.
